1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ebefu. By accessing ebefu.com and using the Ebefu platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable laws. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service. Ebefu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, and continued access or use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

The Ebefu brand, the Serviceâ€™s design and functionality, and all related contentâ€”including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, databases, and softwareâ€”are owned by Ebefu or its licensors. All rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without Ebefuâ€™s express written consent, except as permitted by law. Any user-generated content you provide remains your property, subject to a license granted to Ebefu solely for purposes of operating, displaying, and improving the Service.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

The Service functions as a directory and gateway to applications that are hosted on Google Play. Ebefu does not host, distribute, or install any app files, nor does it curate or control the content of those apps. Listings and links to Google Play are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsements by Ebefu. You acknowledge that the terms of service, privacy policies, and content of any third-party apps are governed by Google and the respective app developers, not by Ebefu. Ebefu bears no responsibility for the availability, accuracy, or safety of any third-party app accessed through the Service, and access is at your own risk in accordance with Google Playâ€™s policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN â€œAS ISâ€ AND â€œAS AVAILABLEâ€ BASIS. EBEFU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. EBEFU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, VIRUS-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EBEFU OR ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE CONTENT THEREIN, INCLUDING ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, BUT WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHER THEORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF EBEFU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO ACCESS THE SERVICE DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, OR (B) USD 100.00.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ebefu, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneysâ€™ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third partyâ€™s rights.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ebefu primarily operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

7. Termination

Ebefu may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or for conduct that Ebefu deems harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though obligations that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ebefu regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Ebefuâ€™s failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
